As of Sunday, January 29, 2023, 69.39 million doses of COVID-19 booster vaccines have been administered in Indonesia. This represents 29.57% of the national vaccination target of 234.66 million doses. The daily increase in booster vaccinations nationwide yesterday was recorded at 33 doses.
West Java has the highest number of booster vaccine recipients nationally, with 15.73 million doses administered. Within West Java, Bogor Regency has the highest number of booster vaccine recipients with 1.62 million doses, followed by Bandung Regency (1.12 million), Bekasi City (1 million), Bekasi Regency (994,910), Cianjur Regency (929,230), and Bandung City (909,770).
East Java is second nationally with 9.4 million booster doses administered. Within East Java, Surabaya City has the highest number of recipients, with 1.31 million doses.
Central Java is third with 8.63 million booster doses administered, followed by North Sumatra (3.81 million), Banten (3.04 million), and Bali (1.97 million).
