The Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) recorded 136 districts/cities with weekly agglomeration tracing above the national average, currently recorded at 2.98 percent as of Monday, November 21, 2022.
The five districts/cities with the highest figures, exceeding 20 percent, are West Lombok (25.85 percent), Metro City (24.86 percent), Tasikmalaya (22.13 percent), Karimun (20.29 percent), and Ciamis (20 percent).
A recapitulation of national Covid-19 data from the Ministry of Health shows that tracing in most districts/cities outside Java has decreased. A daily tracing rate higher than before was recorded in 37 districts/cities, while 39 districts/cities recorded lower tracing rates.
Areas outside Java with the highest tracing rates include West Lombok (25.85 percent), Metro City (24.86 percent), and Karimun (20.29 percent).
Although Covid-19 transmission has decreased in some areas, the government urges everyone to help reduce Covid-19 transmission by consistently wearing masks, maintaining physical distance, and frequently washing hands with soap and running water. Avoiding crowds and reducing mobility also contribute to suppressing the spread of the coronavirus.
