The number of people in Jambi who have received their first dose of the vaccine has reached 2.26 million.

As of Wednesday, January 26, 2022, Jambi Province has achieved an 84.3% vaccination rate for the first dose. This equates to 2.26 million vaccine recipients out of a target of 2.69 million people. The second dose vaccination rate reached 60.19% of the target as of the previous day.

By target group, the vaccination details to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce target was 23,710 recipients. For the first dose, 23,710 people were vaccinated (125.52% of the target), and for the second dose, 120.38% of the target was achieved, or 18,220 people.

For public sector workers, the target was 236,610 people. The first dose vaccination reached 360,590 people (152.4% of the target), and the second dose reached 135.5% of the target, with 320,610 doses administered.

For the elderly, the target was 222,250 people. The first dose was administered to 148,460 people (66.8% of the target). The second dose reached 45.66% of the target, or 101,470 people.

For the vulnerable general public, the target was 1.84 million people. The first dose was administered to 1.31 million people (71.39% of the target). The second dose reached 49.75% of the target, or 911,460 people.

For adolescents aged 12-17 years, the target was 364,230 people. The first dose was administered to 322,380 people (88.51% of the target). The second dose reached 66.6% of the target, with 242,590 doses administered.
