The number of weekly confirmed positive Covid-19 cases in this city has not shown improvement, as it increased compared to the previous week, which recorded 20.43 cases per 100,000 population per week.
The same condition occurred in Bontang City, which recorded 14.56 weekly confirmed positive Covid-19 cases per 100,000 population per week. This figure is lower than the previous week, which was 29.66 cases per 100,000 population per week. Next is North Penajam Paser. This city in East Kalimantan province recorded five weekly confirmed positive Covid-19 cases per 100,000 population per week.
East Kutai and Mahakam Ulu follow, with recorded weekly confirmed positive Covid-19 cases of 4.75 and 3.73 per 100,000 population per week, respectively.
Nationally, the average number of weekly confirmed positive Covid-19 cases across the 34 provinces is now showing a decrease compared to the previous week, which was 4.35 cases per 100,000 population per week.
