This figure represents 29.84 percent of the national Covid-19 vaccination target. The national Covid-19 vaccination target is recorded at 234.66 million doses. The daily increase in Covid-19 booster vaccinations yesterday nationwide was recorded at 0 doses.
Based on province, West Java still holds the top position nationally with the highest number of booster vaccine recipients, reaching 15.8 million doses. The highest number of residents in West Java who have received the Covid-19 booster vaccine is in Bogor Regency with 1.62 million doses. Following are Bandung Regency with 1.11 million, Bekasi City with 1.01 million, Bekasi Regency with 998,210, Cianjur Regency with 928,730, and Bandung City with 918,440.
In other regions, East Java has the second-highest number of booster vaccine recipients nationally, with 9.56 million doses. Within this province, Surabaya City has the highest number of booster vaccine recipients, namely 1.33 million doses.
Central Java is in third place with 8.73 million booster vaccinations. This is followed by DKI Jakarta, North Sumatra, and Banten with 5.44 million doses, 4.29 million doses, and 3.06 million doses of booster vaccines administered, respectively.
