This figure is equivalent to 1.75 million vaccine recipients out of a target of 2 million people. Meanwhile, the second dose vaccination has reached 60.97 percent of the target.
Based on target groups, the details of the vaccination to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce group had a target of 20,440 recipients. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully carried out for 20,440 people (128.63 percent of the target), and for the second dose, 123.49 percent or 25,240 people were vaccinated.
Public sector workers had a target of 247,010 people. The first dose vaccination reportedly reached 167,080 people (67.64 percent of the target), and the second dose reached 58.72 percent, or 145,050 people.
The elderly target was 157,300 people. For the first dose, 95,630 people were vaccinated (60.8 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 40.1 percent, or 63,080 people.
The vulnerable general public target was 1.28 million people. For the first dose, vaccination was reportedly given to 993,650 people (78.99 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 54.23 percent, or 677,830 people.
Another target group was adolescents aged 12-17 years, with a target of 296,410 people. For the first dose, 269,660 people were vaccinated (90.98 percent of the target). The second dose reached 65.12 percent, or 193,020 people.
