Based on target groups, the details of the vaccination to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce group had a target of 11,100 participants. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully carried out for 11,100 people (125.95 percent of the target), and for the second dose, 123.54 percent or 13,710 people were vaccinated.
For public service personnel, the target was 89,570 people. The first dose vaccination reportedly reached 117,510 people (131.19 percent of the target), and the second dose reached 122.25 percent, or 109,500 people.
For the elderly, the target was 95,860 people. For the first dose, 72,470 people were vaccinated (75.6 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 63.42 percent, or 60,800 people.
For the vulnerable general public, the target was 789,860 people. For the first dose, vaccination was reportedly given to 600,820 people (76.67 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 62.65 percent, or 490,420 people.
