Sekadau Regency in West Kalimantan had used 66,870 doses of vaccine as of Thursday, October 7, 2021. This figure represents a 15.89 percent increase compared to last week's vaccine usage, which was only 57,702 doses.
Compared to other regions in West Kalimantan, the regency experienced the highest growth in vaccination implementation over the past week. The achievement of the first dose vaccination in Sekadau Regency is recorded at 27.85%. This figure is above the average of most regencies/cities in the province, which is 26.8%.
According to daily data released by the Ministry of Health, the weekly average vaccination in this region is 905 doses. This figure is below the average for regencies/cities in West Kalimantan. With an available vaccine stock of 5,222 doses, it is estimated that the vaccine in Sekadau Regency will run out within the next six days.
Regarding the provincial-level vaccination achievement, the total first dose vaccination in West Kalimantan has reached 27.88 percent, covering 1.08 million vaccine recipients. Meanwhile, the second dose vaccination is recorded at 17.04 percent, reaching 660,040 vaccine recipients.
