The average expenditure of people in Tasikmalaya Regency to purchase ready-to-eat processed meat (sausages, nuggets, smoked meat, etc.) in 2023 was Rp914.14 per capita per week. This figure surged compared to the previous year's expenditure, which was recorded at Rp834.27 per capita per week.

The five largest expenditures of residents for ready-to-eat food and beverage groups in Tasikmalaya Regency, from the highest to the lowest, were spent on boiled noodles (Rp6,072.59 per capita per week), mixed rice/rames (Rp3,505.55 per capita per week), tempeh (Rp3,394.57 per capita per week), rendang (Rp2,613.42 per capita per week), and the lowest on alcoholic beverages (Rp3.68 per capita per week).
