West Sumatra's Vaccination Coverage Reached 92.66% of the Target as of Tuesday, April 19, 2022

As of Tuesday, April 19, 2022, West Sumatra Province has achieved a 92.66% vaccination rate for the first dose, covering 4.08 million of the 4.41 million targeted individuals. The second dose vaccination rate has reached 70.24% of the target.

By target group, the COVID-19 vaccination details in this province are as follows: The health workforce target was 32,390 individuals. The first dose vaccination reached 32,390 individuals (133.99% of the target), and the second dose reached 129.45% or 41,930 individuals.

For public service workers, the target was 400,270 individuals. The first dose vaccination reached 256,370 individuals (64.05% of the target), and the second dose reached 57.98% or 232,070 individuals.

The elderly target was 489,570 individuals. The first dose was administered to 474,810 individuals (96.98% of the target), while the second dose reached 73.92% or 361,900 individuals.

The vulnerable general public target was 2.9 million individuals. The first dose vaccination reached 2.48 million individuals (85.85% of the target), while the second dose reached 64.51% or 1.87 million individuals.

For adolescents aged 12-17 years, the target was 589,720 individuals. The first dose vaccination reached 587,240 individuals (99.58% of the target), while the second dose reached 83.02% or 489,600 individuals.
