- West Java recorded an additional 649 cases

In addition to the highest number of new cases, West Java also recorded 10 deaths. Thus, the total number of deaths in West Java during the Covid-19 pandemic has reached 15,635.
The trend of case development in this region over the past week has decreased. This can be seen from the lower confirmation rate per 100,000 population compared to the previous week.
Similarly, the positive rate in this region is lower than before. According to the Ministry of Health, the Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR) for Covid-19 hospitals in this province is recorded at 12 percent.
- DKI Jakarta recorded an additional 641 cases

- Central Java recorded an additional 281 cases

- Banten recorded an additional 264 cases

- East Java recorded an additional 177 cases
East Java ranks fifth. The increase in Covid-19 cases here was 177. The seven-day positive rate in this region is recorded at 2.54 percent. In an effort to combat the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of Covid-19 tests in this province is recorded at 70,53 per week.
- DI Yogyakarta recorded an additional 144 cases
Next is DI Yogyakarta. The increase in cases here was 144, or a 0.07 percent increase compared to the previous day's cumulative total, which had reached 219,570. With this addition, the total number of cases in this province is now 219,710.
Today, four deaths were also reported in DI Yogyakarta. Thus, the total number of deaths in DI Yogyakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic has reached 5,822. The seven-day positive rate in DI Yogyakarta is 7.57 percent, while the BOR for Covid-19 hospitals is reported at 18 percent.
