The five regencies/cities with the highest agglomeration death rate due to Covid-19, exceeding 0.2 per 100,000 population per week, are Magelang City, Aceh Barat Daya, West Lombok, Pringsewu, and Agam, with respective rates of 0.82, 0.63, 0.27, 0.24, and 0.2 per 100,000 population per week.
The national Covid-19 data recapitulation from the Ministry of Health shows an increase in the agglomeration death rate due to Covid-19 in most regencies/cities outside Java. Nine regencies/cities recorded a higher daily agglomeration death rate due to Covid-19 than previously.
Areas outside Java with the highest agglomeration death rate due to Covid-19 include Aceh Barat Daya, West Lombok, and Pringsewu, with rates of 0.63, 0.27, and 0.24 per 100,000 population per week, respectively.
Although Covid-19 transmission has decreased in some areas, the government urges everyone to help reduce Covid-19 transmission by consistently wearing masks, maintaining physical distancing, and frequently washing hands with soap and running water. Avoiding crowds and reducing mobility also contribute to suppressing the spread of the coronavirus.
