The Omicron variant of Covid-19 raged in Jakarta. However, many residents of the capital city still visited numerous malls, as recorded in the PeduliLindungi application.
According to a report from the Ministry of Health, there were 10 malls in Jakarta that received the most visitors between January 23rd and February 6th, 2022. The breakdown shows three malls in South Jakarta, three in West Jakarta, two in Central Jakarta, and two in North Jakarta.
Pondok Indah Mall in South Jakarta ranked first, with 512,609 visitors.
Kota Kasablanka came in second with 436,532 visitors. Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading was third, with 433,422 visitors.
Grand Indonesia had 433,319 visitors. Central Park Mall and Lippo Mall Puri followed with 381,813 and 320,710 visitors respectively.
