The number of weekly confirmed positive Covid-19 cases in this city shows no improvement, as it increased compared to the previous week, which recorded 11.4 cases per 100,000 population per week.
The same condition occurred in Banda Aceh City, which recorded 6.42 weekly confirmed positive Covid-19 cases per 100,000 population. In this city, the number of weekly confirmed positive Covid-19 cases is also higher than the previous week, which was only 4.28 cases per 100,000 population per week. Next is Aceh Besar. This city in Aceh Province recorded 4.36 weekly confirmed positive Covid-19 cases per 100,000 population.
Simeulue and Pidie Jaya followed with 2.05 and 1.81 weekly confirmed positive Covid-19 cases per 100,000 population, respectively.
Nationally, the average number of weekly confirmed positive Covid-19 cases across the 34 provinces is now showing a decrease compared to the previous week, which was 4.69 cases per 100,000 population per week.
