Nielsen Singapore: GoFood, Indonesia's Best Food Delivery Service

Nielsen Singapore research states that GoFood is perceived as the best food delivery service in Indonesia. This is evident from the indicator showing GoFood having an average score of 85. This figure is above the average of other food delivery services in Indonesia, which scored 44.

Furthermore, GoFood is also considered to offer the best food delivery service in Indonesia with an average score of 84. The average score for the food delivery industry in Indonesia is only 39. GoFood is also considered a pioneer in food delivery in Indonesia with an average score of 83. Other industries have an average score of 43.

The Nielsen Singapore research used an independent online survey methodology conducted from May 17-29, 2019. The sample in this research consisted of 1,000 respondents aged 18-45 years. The characteristics of this research are Indonesian people who used online food delivery services in the last three months on the Berry Kitchen, GoFood, GrabFood, and Kulineran applications.
