Based on target groups, the vaccination details to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce group has a target of 14,260 recipients. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully carried out for 14,260 people (109.68 percent of the target), and for the second dose, 97.63 percent or 13,920 people were vaccinated.
Public sector workers have a target of 174,710 people. The first dose vaccination has reportedly reached 157,440 people (90.12 percent of the target), and the second dose has reached 63.95 percent, or 111,720 people.
The elderly target is 127,310 people. For the first dose, 26,550 people have received the vaccine (20.85 percent of the target). The second dose has reached only 12.91 percent, or 16,440 people.
The target for vulnerable members of the general public is 885,530 people. For the first dose, 265,320 people have reportedly received the vaccine (30 percent of the target). The second dose has reached only 12.71 percent, or 112,280 people.
Another target group is adolescents aged 12-17 years, with a target of 215,890 people. For the first dose, 49,280 people have received the vaccine (22.83 percent of the target). The second dose has reached only 7.58 percent, or 16,360 people.
