This was followed by young adults (19-30 years old) at 7,213, early seniors (46-59 years old) at 4,262, children (6-18 years old) at 2,797, and the elderly (over 60 years old) at 1,711. The smallest group was toddlers (0-5 years old) at 632.
The province's weekly historical data shows a decrease over the past eight days. Comparing week-to-week, transmission is still occurring, but a decline is evident.
The province's positivity rate is among the ten highest nationally. Weekly comparisons show a downward trend over the past week. In fact, the positivity rate is above the national average.
Next is Aceh. This region, known as Serambi Aceh, recorded a record of 20 deaths. The previous increase was 11 deaths. Historically, this is not the highest growth rate recorded.

This was followed by early seniors (46-59 years old) at 5,770, young adults (19-30 years old) at 5,686, the elderly (over 60 years old) at 3,512, and children (6-18 years old) at 1,541. The smallest group was toddlers (0-5 years old) at 392.
Weekly analysis of COVID-19 transmission in this province shows an increase over the past eight days. Similar to several other provinces, the week-to-week comparison shows that transmission is still occurring, but a decrease is evident.
