Top 10 Regencies/Cities with the Highest National Single-ID Vaccination Rate (Sunday, March 6, 2022)

The Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) recorded 336 districts/cities with a single-ID-card vaccination percentage above the national average, currently recorded at 86.29 percent as of Sunday, March 6, 2022.

The top five districts/cities with vaccination rates exceeding 120.27 percent are Samosir (137.09 percent), West Nias (131.36 percent), North Buton (123.18 percent), Humbang Hasundutan (120.43 percent), and Melawi (120.27 percent).

A national Covid-19 data recapitulation from the Ministry of Health shows that single-ID-card vaccination in most districts/cities outside Java is increasing. A daily increase in single-ID-card vaccination rates compared to previous days was recorded in 157 districts/cities.

Some of the regions outside Java with the highest single-ID-card vaccination rates include Samosir (137.09 percent), West Nias (131.36 percent), and North Buton (123.18 percent).

The government urges everyone to help reduce Covid-19 transmission by always wearing masks, maintaining distance, and frequently washing hands with soap and running water. Avoiding crowds and reducing mobility also contribute to suppressing the spread of the coronavirus.
