Other provinces reporting additional Covid-19 deaths include Aceh, Lampung, and Bali, each with 4 deaths. Riau reported 3 deaths, and Bangka Belitung reported 2 deaths.
Bengkulu, Riau Islands, DKI Jakarta, and West Java each reported 1 death. Kalimantan, Central Sulawesi, and North Maluku also each reported 1 death.
According to the Ministry of Health's data, 997 new confirmed Covid-19 cases were reported today. DKI Jakarta had the highest number of new confirmed cases, with 154. This was followed by Central Java with 114 and West Java with 108. With today's increase, the total number of confirmed Covid-19 cases during the pandemic has reached 4,234,011.
The government also reported 1,525 additional Covid-19 recoveries today. DKI Jakarta had the highest number of recoveries, with 154. This was followed by Banten with 142 and East Java with 127. With today's increase, the total number of Covid-19 recoveries has reached 4,072,332.
