Banjarbaru City ranked first with the highest number of weekly confirmed positive Covid-19 cases at 12.14 per 100,000 population/week. The number of weekly confirmed positive Covid-19 cases in this city has not improved, showing an increase compared to the previous week, which recorded 7.85 per 100,000 population/week.
The same condition occurred in Banjarmasin City, which recorded 8.62 weekly confirmed positive Covid-19 cases per 100,000 population/week. In this city, the number of weekly confirmed positive Covid-19 cases is also higher than the previous week, which was only five per 100,000 population/week. Tanah Bumbu follows, recording 3.92 weekly confirmed positive Covid-19 cases per 100,000 population/week.
Banjar and Barito Kuala are next, with recorded weekly confirmed positive Covid-19 cases of 2.99 and 2.52 per 100,000 population/week, respectively.
Nationally, the average number of weekly confirmed positive Covid-19 cases across the 34 provinces is currently on an upward trend compared to the previous week, which was only 1.79 per 100,000 population/week.
