Vaccination Coverage in Jambi Reached 72.38% of the Target as of Sunday, December 19, 2021

As of Sunday, December 19, 2021, Jambi Province had achieved a 72.38% vaccination rate for the first dose. This equates to 1.94 million vaccine recipients out of a target of 2.69 million people. The second dose vaccination rate reached 51.77% of the target.

By target group, the vaccination details to combat the Covid-19 virus in the province are as follows: The health workforce target was 23,710 recipients. For the first dose, 23,710 people were vaccinated (124.21% of the target), and for the second dose, 118.34% of the target was achieved, or 28,060 people.

For public officials, the target was 236,610 people. The first dose vaccination reached 372,140 people (157.28% of the target), and the second dose reached 137.13% of the target, with 324,470 doses administered.

The elderly target was 222,250 people. For the first dose, 123,350 people were vaccinated (55.5% of the target). The second dose reached 37.99% of the target, or 84,440 people.

The target for vulnerable members of the general public was 1.84 million people. For the first dose, 1.12 million people were vaccinated (61.14% of the target). The second dose reached 40.02% of the target, or 732,560 people.

For adolescents aged 12-17, the target was 364,230 people. For the first dose, 294,760 people were vaccinated (80.93% of the target). The second dose reached 59.75% of the target, with 217,620 doses administered.
