Palembang City ranked first with the highest number of weekly confirmed positive COVID-19 agglomeration cases at 1.95 per 100,000 people per week. The number of weekly confirmed positive COVID-19 agglomeration cases in this city has not improved, showing an increase compared to the previous week, which recorded 1.26 per 100,000 people per week.
The same condition occurred in Lubuk Linggau City, which recorded 1.24 weekly confirmed positive COVID-19 cases per 100,000 people. In this city, the number of weekly confirmed positive COVID-19 agglomeration cases is also higher than the previous week, which reported zero weekly confirmed positive COVID-19 agglomeration cases. Prabumulih City follows, recording 0.51 weekly confirmed positive COVID-19 cases per 100,000 people.
Musi Banyuasin and Ogan Ilir are next, with recorded weekly confirmed positive COVID-19 agglomeration cases of 0.3 and 0.23 per 100,000 people per week, respectively.
Nationally, the average number of weekly confirmed positive COVID-19 agglomeration cases across the 34 provinces is currently on an upward trend compared to the previous week, which was only 1.38 per 100,000 people per week.
