The top five regencies/cities with agglomeration death rates due to Covid-19 exceeding 0.08 per 100,000 population per week are Kutai Barat (0.66 per 100,000 population per week), Bombana (0.52 per 100,000 population per week), Bangka (0.29 per 100,000 population per week), Purwakarta (0.1 per 100,000 population per week), and Probolinggo (0.08 per 100,000 population per week).
The national Covid-19 data recapitulation from the Ministry of Health shows an increase in the agglomeration death rate due to Covid-19 in most regencies/cities outside Java. A daily increase in the agglomeration death rate due to Covid-19, higher than previously recorded, was noted in one regency/city.
Areas outside Java with the highest agglomeration death rates due to Covid-19 include Kutai Barat (0.66 per 100,000 population per week), Bombana (0.52 per 100,000 population per week), and Bangka (0.29 per 100,000 population per week).
Although Covid-19 transmission has decreased in some areas, the government urges everyone to help reduce Covid-19 transmission by consistently wearing masks, maintaining physical distance, and frequently washing hands with soap and running water. Avoiding crowds and reducing mobility also contribute to suppressing the spread of the coronavirus.
