The top five, starting from the highest, are Badung, Jayapura City, East Jakarta City, Tarakan City, and Berau, with ratios of 974.04 percent, 930.52 percent, 825.04 percent, 802.63 percent, and 762.61 percent, respectively.
Badung ranks first. With a population of 727,950, the weekly percentage of people tested is 974.04 percent. The latest positive rate is 0.79 percent, lower than the previous week's ratio.
Next is Jayapura City. With a population of 309,760, the weekly percentage of people tested in efforts to counter the COVID-19 pandemic is 930.52 percent. The positive rate is 0.17 percent, also lower than the previous week.
East Jakarta City recorded 825.04 percent, Tarakan City 802.63 percent, and Berau 762.61 percent in weekly testing percentages.
Anticipating the impact of Omicron in various regions, based on national COVID-19 data recapitulation, 290 regencies/cities in Indonesia actively reported higher weekly testing percentages than before. Meanwhile, 93 other regencies/cities recorded lower weekly testing percentages compared to the previous week.
