According to the official Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park website, the area is home to 118 bird species, 18 mammal species, 11 reptile species, and 14 insect species, most of which have high conservation value.

The top-ranked national park in the world for 2023 is Kruger National Park in South Africa, scoring 8.29 points. Bounce describes this oldest national park in South Africa as a wildlife haven.

Kruger is also popular on Instagram, with over 900,000 posts between October 2022 and September 2023.

Second place went to Lencois Maranhenses National Park in Brazil, with a score of 7.90 points. Bounce notes that this park is popular among ecotourism visitors due to its stunning scenery and rare wildlife.
