The top five, starting from the highest, are Badung, Central Jakarta, South Jakarta, Balikpapan, and Berau, with percentages of 684.2 percent, 580.15 percent, 567.45 percent, 532.3 percent, and 460.5 percent, respectively.
Badung is ranked first. With a population of 727,950, the weekly testing percentage in this area was recorded at 684.2 percent. The latest positive rate is 0.82 percent. The positive rate in this region increased compared to the previous week's ratio.
Next is Central Jakarta. The population in this region is recorded at 913,720. In an effort to prevent the Covid-19 pandemic, the weekly testing percentage was 580.15 percent. The positive rate in this region is recorded at 1.11 percent, or higher than the previous week's percentage.
Then, South Jakarta recorded 567.45 percent testing, Balikpapan, with a population of 646,020, recorded a weekly testing percentage of 532.3 percent, and Berau recorded 460.5 percent.
Anticipating the impact of Omicron in various regions, based on the national Covid-19 data recapitulation, there are 85 regencies/cities in Indonesia that actively report a higher weekly testing percentage than before. Meanwhile, 298 other regencies/cities recorded a lower weekly testing percentage compared to the previous week.

Although Covid-19 transmission has decreased in some areas, the government urges everyone to continue to participate in reducing Covid-19 transmission by always wearing masks, maintaining distance, and frequently washing hands with soap and running water.
