The Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) recorded 131 districts/cities with weekly agglomeration tracing above the national average, currently recorded at 2.82 percent as of Saturday, December 10, 2022.
The top five districts/cities with figures exceeding 21 percent are Musi Rawas, Metro City, West Lombok, Bima, and Cianjur, with values of 28 percent, 27 percent, 24 percent, 21 percent, and 21 percent respectively.
A recapitulation of national Covid data from the Ministry of Health shows that tracing in most districts/cities outside Java has decreased. A daily tracing rate higher than before was recorded in 15 districts/cities, while 27 districts/cities recorded lower tracing rates.
Some of the areas outside Java with the highest tracing values include Musi Rawas, Metro City, and West Lombok, with tracing rates of 28 percent, 27 percent, and 24 percent respectively.
Although Covid-19 transmission has decreased in some areas, the government urges everyone to help reduce Covid-19 transmission by always wearing masks, maintaining distance, and frequently washing hands with soap and running water. Avoiding crowds and reducing mobility also contribute to suppressing the spread of the coronavirus.
