Years after BPK issued this report, in January 2026, the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) revoked the HGU certificate belonging to PT Sweet Indo Lampung (SIL), one of SGC's subsidiaries, which was known to be using TNI AU-owned land.
