Sales of battery electric vehicles (BEVs) continue to rise globally.

According to International Energy Agency (IEA) data, in 2023 global BEV sales reached 9.5 million units, a 30% increase compared to 2022.

"Pricing strategies from car manufacturers are crucial for improving affordability, as is the rate of decline in electric vehicle battery prices," it continued.
