New Toll Tariffs for JORR, Tanjung Priok Access, and Pondok Aren Starting December 2023

Toll road tariffs for Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) 1, Tanjung Priok Access (ATP), and Pondok Aren-Ulujami will increase starting December 4, 2023.

This tariff increase is in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) No. 1604/KPTS/M/2023.

The following is a breakdown of the toll road tariff increases for JORR 1, ATP, and Pondok Aren-Ulujami, effective December 4, 2023:

* Category I: from Rp16,000 to Rp17,000
* Category II: from Rp23,500 to Rp25,000
* Category III: from Rp23,500 to Rp25,000
* Category IV: from Rp31,500 to Rp33,500
* Category V: from Rp31,500 to Rp33,500

There is also a tariff increase for the Pondok Aren-Ulujami Toll Road, Pondok Ranji-Bintaro Viaduct segment:

* Category I: from Rp3,000 to Rp3,500
* Category II: from Rp4,500 to Rp5,000
* Category III: from Rp4,500 to Rp5,000
* Category IV: Rp6,500 (unchanged)
* Category V: Rp6,500 (unchanged)

The JORR, ATP, and Pondok Aren-Ulujami toll roads are integrated toll roads (toll to toll) to support mobility to and from Tanjung Priok Port and Soekarno-Hatta Airport.

These sections are managed by four Toll Road Business Entities (BUJT): PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, PT Hutama Karya (Persero), PT Marga Lingkar Jakarta, and PT Jakarta Lingkar Baratsatu.

Toll tariff adjustments are made every two years based on the influence of inflation rates.

This provision is stipulated in Article 48 Paragraph 3 of Law Number 38 of 2004 concerning Roads, and Article 68 Paragraph 1 of Government Regulation Number 15 of 2005 concerning Toll Roads.
