Singapore Airlines Wins World's Best Airline 2022

Singapore Airlines has been named the world's best international airline according to *The 2022 Airline Index* released by Bounce. The Singaporean airline achieved a score of 7.69 out of 10.

The assessment was based on various indicators, such as punctuality, flight cancellations, in-flight food and entertainment quality, customer service, seat comfort, and baggage policy.

"Singapore Airlines had one of the lowest cancellation rates in 2021, at only 0.19%, with a solid on-time arrival rate of 86.04%," Bounce stated in a report on its official website on Tuesday (25/10/2022).

Singapore Airlines was also one of the five airlines on this list that received near-perfect scores for food, in-flight entertainment, seat comfort, and staff service.

All Nippon Airways (ANA) came in second. The Japanese airline scored 7.48 points, with an on-time arrival rate of 89.14% and a cancellation rate of 6.26%.
