Top 10 Airlines with the Highest Global Brand Valuation 2025

According to the Airlines 50 2025 report released by Brand Finance, the total brand value of the top 50 global airlines this year reached US$132.6 billion, a 29% increase compared to last year.

Brand Finance assesses that this achievement reflects the recovery of the aviation sector post-Covid-19 pandemic, as well as the strategic efforts of airlines in strengthening brand equity, expanding networks, and providing a better customer experience.

Brand Finance calculates brand valuation based on consumer perception surveys regarding airline reputation, as well as company financial performance data.

In 2025, the airline with the highest brand valuation globally was Delta, valued at US$14.91 billion. This US-based airline has held the top ranking for seven consecutive years.

"US airlines continue to dominate, with 3 of the top 5 airline brands headquartered in the US, and together contributing more than half of the total brand value in the top 10 group," stated Brand Finance in its report.

2. United Airlines (US): US$12.27 billion

3. American Airlines (US): US$11.70 billion

4. Emirates (UAE): US$8.37 billion

5. Southwest Airlines (US): US$6.34 billion

6. British Airways (UK): US$4.57 billion

7. China Southern (China): US$4.09 billion

8. Qatar Airways (Qatar): US$3.86 billion

9. Air Canada (Canada): US$3.24 billion

10. China Eastern (China): US$3.17 billion
