According to a survey by the Kurious-Katadata Insight Center (KIC), the majority, or 52.6% of respondents, did not try the Whoosh high-speed train because of its relatively high cost.
According to the PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) website, Whoosh tickets cost up to Rp200,000 for Monday-Thursday travel and Rp250,000 for Friday-Sunday travel.
