3. CRH380A Hexie (486.02 km/h)
The CRH 380A is the third fastest high-speed train service in China. In October 2010, the Chinese railway began regularly operating the CRH 380A on the Shanghai-Nanjing line. This train is produced by CSR Qingdao Sifang Locomotive and Rolling Stock Company.
4. Shanghai Maglev (431.3 km/h)
This train is operated by Shanghai Maglev Transportation Development Co. The Shanghai Maglev travels from Shanghai Pudong International Airport to Longyang Road metro station in Shanghai.
5. HEMU-430X (421.6 km/h)
This high-speed train is from South Korea and is the fastest train in the country's history. The HEMU-430X is part of the Korea Train eXpress (KTX) system and is operated by Korail. In 2018, Korail built a new line from Wonju to Gangneung.
6. Fuxing Hao CR400AF/BF (418.4 km/h)
The CR code of this train stands for China Railway. The Fuxing Hao CR400AF/BF typically carries over 556 passengers between Beijing South and Shanghai Hongqiao Station.
7. Frecciarossa 1000 (394.3 km/h)
This high-speed train from Italy is nicknamed the ‘Red Arrow’. The Frecciarossa 1000 can transport travelers from Milan to Florence or Rome in under three hours.
