Indonesia recorded US$8.7 billion in exports to Taipei as of December 2022. This figure represents a 25.05% increase compared to the previous year's exports, which totaled US$6.96 billion.
Indonesia's trade record with Taipei shows an upward trend in exports over the past 10 years. 2022 marked a historic high with the highest export value ever recorded.
Of the 97 products (two-digit HS codes) exported to Taipei, 53 products were valued at over one billion dollars. Most of the products exported to Taipei are also exported to other countries, totaling 89 products.

3. Ores, slag and ash
Indonesia also exports significant quantities of ores, slag and ash to Taipei, with exports valued at US$572,535,000. This represents an increase from US$382,844,000 in the previous period. While ranked sixth in exports to Taipei, Indonesia's largest exports of ores, slag and ash are to China, Japan, Korea, India, and Malaysia. Indonesia exports this product to 28 countries in total.
