What are Indonesia's most exported goods to Bangladesh?

The Trademap report shows that Indonesia's exports to Bangladesh reached US$1.68 billion, or approximately Rp23.92 trillion, in 2020 (using an exchange rate of Rp14,239/US$). Of this amount, the most exported goods to Bangladesh were vegetable/animal fats and oils, valued at US$705.10 million.

Indonesia also exported a significant amount of mineral fuels, mineral oils, and their distillation products, worth US$335.39 million. Furthermore, exports of man-made staple fibers amounted to US$104.89 million.

Indonesia also exported salt, sulfur, earth and stone, plastering materials, lime and cement to Bangladesh, valued at US$88.07 million. Pulp of wood or of other fibrous cellulosic material was exported for US$87.37 million.

There were also exports of cotton and plastics, valued at US$39.60 million and US$34.27 million respectively. In addition, there were exports of railway or tramway locomotives, rolling-stock and parts thereof, railway or tramway track fixtures and fittings, various chemical products, and various manufactured articles.

The total value of Indonesian goods exported to Bangladesh in 2020 decreased by 12.9% compared to 2019, which was US$1.93 billion. Meanwhile, the value of Indonesian exports to Bangladesh was recorded at US$1.88 billion two years prior.
