Meanwhile, the import value of the non-oil and gas processing industry grew by 19.15% (m-to-m) and 9.80% (yoy).

The volume of exports of the non-oil and gas processing industry in December 2025 was recorded at 14.69 million tons, an increase of 26.14% (m-to-m). Meanwhile, its import volume increased by 21.96% (m-to-m) to 9.46 million tons.

Kemenperin also outlined five sectors that recorded surpluses of over US$500 million in December 2025, namely:

Food: US$3.98 billion
Base metals: US$3.31 billion
Ready-made garments: US$750.01 million
Leather, leather goods, and footwear: US$605.27 million
Other processing: US$538.26 million
