Trademap data shows that Indonesia's exports to Senegal reached US$67.68 million or Rp954.55 billion in 2020 (US$1 = Rp14,104). Of this amount, the most exported goods to Senegal were vegetable and animal fats/oils, valued at US$43.97 million.
Indonesia also exported a significant amount of machinery, mechanical appliances, and nuclear reactors worth US$5.23 million. Exports of paper and paperboard, articles of pulp, of paper or of paperboard amounted to US$4.27 million.
Furthermore, Indonesia exported soap, organic surface-active agents, washing preparations, lubricating preparations to Senegal worth US$3.59 million. Exports of vehicles other than railway or tramway rolling-stock and parts thereof were valued at US$2.07 million.
There were also exports of articles of apparel and clothing accessories, not knitted or crocheted, worth US$896,000. In addition, there were exports of chemicals, various fish, shrimp and squid, articles of apparel and clothing accessories, knitted or crocheted, processed meat, from fish or from crustaceans, molluscs or other aquatic invertebrates, and so on.
Indonesia's total exports to Senegal in 2020 increased by 35.62% compared to 2019, which amounted to US$49.90 million. Meanwhile, Indonesia's imports from Senegal were recorded at US$55.63 million two years prior.
