Plaza Indonesia's profit fell 25.46% to Rp282.42 billion in Q3 2022.

Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk (PLIN) achieved revenue of Rp781.87 billion in the third quarter of 2022. This represents a 26.24% increase from the previous Rp619.32 billion.

However, PLIN's profit decreased by 25.46% to Rp282.42 billion in the third quarter of 2022, compared to Rp378.93 billion in the same period the previous year.

According to *IDX Channel*, revenue from the shopping mall segment reached Rp260.60 billion, the office segment contributed Rp86.75 billion, and hotel rental income amounted to Rp4.22 billion.

Further revenue streams included Rp255.34 billion from hotels, Rp139.89 billion from service charges, Rp19.77 billion from parking, and Rp15.28 billion from promotions.

Meanwhile, PLIN's cost of revenue was recorded at Rp231.33 billion, up from Rp168.96 billion previously. General and administrative expenses amounted to Rp183.17 billion, finance costs to Rp11.06 billion, and final tax expenses to Rp61.27 billion.

PLIN's total assets increased slightly by 0.82% to Rp12.06 trillion by the third quarter of 2022, compared to Rp11.97 trillion at the end of December 2021. The company's liabilities totaled Rp1.30 trillion, and equity amounted to Rp10.76 trillion.
