Jenius, Indonesia's Most Recognized Digital Bank in 2021

Adoption of digital banks in Indonesia is projected to reach 74.79 million users by 2026. Among all digital banks in Indonesia, Jenius is the most well-known to consumers, according to a *DailySocial* survey.

Sixty-four point two percent (64.2%) of respondents reported knowing Jenius as a digital bank. For context, Jenius users increased by 22% year-on-year (YoY) to over 3.3 million in the first half of 2021.

Bank Jago, 21.04% of which is owned by GoPay, ranked second. Thirty-eight point four percent (38.4%) of respondents claimed to know Bank Jago as a digital bank.

Following that, Digibank was recognized by 30.9% of respondents, Neobank by 27.5%, and LINE Bank by 23.5%.

Of all respondents who were aware of digital banks, 57.2% expressed interest in using them. Their primary reason for interest in digital banks was the ease of account opening compared to conventional banks.
