These Countries Have the Fastest Mobile Internet Networks in the World; How About Indonesia?

The Speedtest Global Index recently released a survey ranking internet speeds across countries worldwide. The results show the United Arab Emirates ranked first as the country with the fastest mobile internet network globally in June 2021, reaching a speed of 193.51 Mbps.

South Korea followed, with mobile internet speeds reaching 180.48 Mbps.

Countries with high mobile internet speeds include Qatar and Norway, each boasting 171.76 Mbps and 167.60 Mbps respectively. Cyprus and China followed with 161.80 Mbps and 159.47 Mbps respectively.

Saudi Arabia and Kuwait followed, with mobile internet speeds of 153.18 Mbps and 137.51 Mbps respectively. Next were Australia and Luxembourg, with speeds of 127.14 Mbps and 112.64 Mbps respectively.

Meanwhile, Indonesia's mobile internet speed ranked 104th globally, with a mobile broadband speed of only 22.14 Mbps.

The global average mobile internet download speed is 55.34 Mbps, while the average upload speed is 12.69 Mbps.
