The number of users of startup products and services is growing every year, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is because startups are constantly developing various innovations, providing users with numerous benefits in their daily lives.
A DailySocial report titled "Startup Report 2021-2022Q1" shows that consumers experience at least five benefits when using startup products or services.
The majority of respondents (84%) stated that startup products or services facilitate transactions. Transactions with startup products or services generally use online methods, making them easily accessible anytime, anywhere.
Furthermore, 82% of respondents said startup products or services provide time efficiency, and 72% reported cost efficiency.
Additionally, 61% of respondents stated that startup products or services offer more practical solutions for daily activities, while 46% said they help run businesses.
Despite these benefits, the report also highlights several shortcomings of startup products or services. These include limited geographical coverage, difficulty obtaining additional information about startup products or services, and a lack of product or service variety.
Other shortcomings include the perception that startup products or services do not yet provide optimal solutions and that products or services do not function properly.
