According to a JakPat survey, the most common marketing strategy used by business owners in Indonesia is uploading content on social media.

Out of 442 business owners surveyed, 73% do this.

"Female respondents rely much more on organic content on social media, while male respondents are twice as likely to utilize Google Maps registration to increase visibility," said JakPat in the Trends in Modern Entrepreneurship report.
