Lazada, Indonesia's Most Visited E-commerce Site

The rise of the digital era, alongside the development of internet technology, has transformed the way people shop. Online stores (e-commerce) have become a current shopping phenomenon, especially among young people. Consumers no longer need to visit physical stores and meet sellers; they simply order goods from their smartphones or computers connected to the internet. The ordered goods are then sent by the seller to the buyer's address.

One of Indonesia's online stores is Lazada. According to iPrice data, this e-commerce site had 58.33 million visitors during the April-June 2017 period. This figure is the highest compared to other online stores. Tokopedia came in second with 50.67 million visitors, and Elevenia was third with 34.33 million visitors during the second quarter of that year.
