These Are the Countries of Origin of the 2022 MotoGP Riders

The world's most popular motorcycle racing event, MotoGP, has been running since early March 2022.

The opening race of this season was held at the Losail International Circuit, Qatar, on March 6, 2022.

The second series will be held at the Mandalika Circuit, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, on March 18-20, 2022. This is the first time Indonesia has participated as a host in the MotoGP event.

This prestigious tournament will hold at least 21 race series for the latest season. According to the MotoGP website, this season's race will be participated by 24 racers.

Here is a list of the countries of origin of the 2022 MotoGP racers:

1. Spain – 9 racers
2. Italy – 7 racers
3. Australia – 2 racers
4. France – 2 racers
5. South Africa – 2 racers
6. Japan – 1 racer
7. Portugal – 1 racer

Spain is the country with the most MotoGP racers this season, reaching 9 racers. Some of its racers include Marc Marquez, Pol Espargaro, and Jorge Martin.

In the last ten years, Spanish racers have consistently dominated the MotoGP world championship. Since 2012, every world champion in the MotoGP class has come from Spain.
