The 10 Best Women's Singles Badminton Players in the World 2022: Are There Any from Indonesia?

The Badminton World Federation (BWF) released a list of the world's top 10 badminton players on Tuesday, December 27, 2022.

In the women's singles category, four of the top players are from China, while Indonesia has no representatives in the top 10.

Japanese badminton player Akane Yamaguchi topped the women's singles ranking. This "badminton queen" earned a total of 103,613 points from 14 tournaments.

Taiwanese badminton player Tai Tzu Ying ranked second in women's singles with 94,345 points. Chinese athlete Chen Yu Fei is ranked third with 90,956 points.

In fourth place is South Korean athlete An Se Young with 88,453 points, followed by Chinese badminton player He Bing Jiao with 84,064 points.
