2022 World Cup Final Ticket Prices: Most Expensive Reach Rp25 Million!

Final tickets for the 2022 World Cup were available even before the finalists were determined. The Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) also released the price list for the final match tickets well before the opening game.

The 2022 World Cup final will feature Argentina playing against France at the Lusail Iconic Stadium, Doha, on Sunday, December 18th, 2022, at 10:00 PM WIB.

Argentina boasts several top global players such as Lionel Messi, Paulo Dybala, and Lautaro Martinez. On the opposing side, France also fields star players like Kylian Mbappé, Ousmane Dembélé, and Olivier Giroud.

Given the presence of these renowned players, it's no surprise that the final match tickets were sold at exorbitant prices. Quoting the official FIFA website, the highest price for a 2022 World Cup final ticket was 5,850 Qatari Riyals (QAR), or approximately Rp25,080,000, while the cheapest was 750 QAR, or approximately Rp3,210,000 (exchange rate Rp4,287.54/QAR).

FIFA divided the final match tickets into four categories. Category 4 was exclusively sold to local Qatari citizens as hosts, while categories 1-3 were for international spectators or supporters.
