According to sportsunfold.com, Manchester City's coach, Pep Guardiola, was the world's highest-paid football coach in 2021, earning EUR 23 million or Rp 370.3 billion (exchange rate Rp 16,103/EUR).

Jose Mourinho (Tottenham Hotspur) is next, earning EUR 17.5 million or Rp 281.8 billion. Atletico Madrid's coach, Diego Simeone, earns EUR 15 million or Rp 241.5 billion.

Fabio Cannavaro (Guangzhou Evergrande) and Zinedine Zidane (Real Madrid) both earn EUR 12 million or Rp 193.2 billion. PSG's coach, Mauricio Pochettino, earns EUR 11.3 million or Rp 181.9 billion.

Antonio Conte (Inter Milan) and Jurgen Klopp (Liverpool FC) earn EUR 11 million or Rp 177.1 billion and EUR 10.5 million or Rp 169.08 billion respectively. Carlo Ancelotti (Everton) and Hansi Flick (Bayern Munich) both earn EUR 8 million or Rp 128.8 billion.
