The Construction Cost Index (IKK) of Yogyakarta City, Special Region of Yogyakarta reached 106.34 points in 2025.

This figure increased by 4.09 points compared to the previous year and by 3.39 points over the last five years.

Quoting from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) publication on Provincial and Regency/City IKK 2025, IKK is a price index that describes the level of construction costs in a regency/city compared to the reference city, Surabaya.

The higher the IKK figure in a regency/city, the higher the construction cost of a building in that area.
