Manado recorded the highest house price growth in Bank Indonesia's (BI) Residential Property Price Survey (SHPR). House prices in Manado grew by 5.97% year-on-year (yoy) in the third quarter of 2021.

Pontianak followed in second place with 3.9% yoy growth in the same period. Yogyakarta ranked third with 3.24% yoy growth.

The Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Bekasi, and Banten (Jabodebek-Banten) area ranked tenth with growth of only 1.25%.

Bandar Lampung was the only city in the survey to record a decline in house prices. Residential property prices in the province fell by 1.58% in that city.
